Registration Procedure

The registration will remain opened until 4 days before the conference but limited to 500 participants. When the total registers meet this number, the registration will be closed automatically.
Please be informed that there are two alternatives for registration: online.

Online Method

If you prefer to register online, you may read the following instruction before you do online registration.

  1. Be ready with your abstract acceptance code . This code is unique and is available in the acceptance notification email.
  2. If you are students, school / course teachers, and alumni, beready with your identity document. You have to attach this document.
  3. Be ready with your payment document. This document has to be attached.

The conference organizer would confirm your registration via email up to three business days after your successful registration.
